Product privacy principles
Hostvero is designed to collect and use information needed to operate host accounts, properties, bookings, guest access, payments, receipts, payouts, verification and support workflows.
Sensitive identity and payout information is minimized, protected or masked in operational interfaces where appropriate. Access is limited according to host, guest-link and administrative roles.
Final policy content still required
Approved text must define the responsible legal entity, categories and purposes of processing, lawful bases where applicable, retention periods, subprocessors, international transfers, data-subject rights, contact details and effective date.
